How to Become a Board–Approved Credential Evaluation Service:
To receive and maintain Board approval as a Board–approved Credential Evaluation Service, the following criteria must be met:
- Complete the Credential Evaluation Services Application which includes additional requirements.
- Submit the completed application and required documents to the Board via mail to 1625 North Market Blvd., Ste. N–219, Sacramento, CA 95834 or contact us.
Approval of a Service expires five (5) years after the date of issuance. As a condition of renewal, the Service is required to undergo reevaluation (renewal) by the Board by submitting the Credential Evaluation Services Application and information requested. For additional information, please refer to Title 16, California Code of Regulations sections 1399.416.3 and 1399.416.4.
